About The Owner

Carol V. Galloway, Th.D.

Born on September 14, 1969 on the beautiful island of Montserrat, British West Indies. In 1978 her family migrated to the lovely island of St. Croix, US Virgin Islands which she calls home. In 1991, she began her insurance career in the Virgin Islands, before moving her family to Florida in 1995.

She began her Florida insurance career with Bristol West Insurance Company now Farmers Insurance Company. One year later she began her long-term career with Allstate Insurance Company where she held a few Sales positions which included Licensed Sales Producer, Senior Customer Insurance Professional, Senior Education Consultant, Agency Process Specialist, and Exclusive Agent. During her 22 years tenure she has educated the local Allstate agency force across the entire state on products, systems, best practices, processes, and company guidelines; along with educating the local communities on coverage, products, and asset protection.

Carol holds a Florida Agent 2-20 Property & Casualty License; Florida Agent 2-15 Life, Health, and Annuities License; Georgia and Texas General Agent Property & Casualty and Life License. She has a Bachelor’s in Business Management, a Masters in Adult Education and Online Learning, and a Doctorate in Theology.

She’s was ordained as a Minister in 2013 and is very active in ministry. You can visit the ministry page at https://propheticgloryglobalministries.org Dr. Galloway is a local and international servant. She currently serves locally at Ruach Prophetic House in Miramar, FL. Dr. Galloway hosts a weekly bible and prayer ministry where she teaches, counsels many in the US, UK, Pakistan, Kenya, Nigeria, and Caribbean. Her greatest accomplishments in life are her three adult-children, and nine wonderful grandchildren, whom are the foundational drive of her entrepreneurship.

The knowledge, skills, and experience she’s gained over the years is what she uses to fuel her agency. Carol frequently volunteers with local schools, where she loves working with the young leaders of tomorrow. Giving back to the community and building relationships is one of the best parts of Carol’s job. She believes it’s a privilege and an honor to serve others!

The Claims Process

Team Divine understands that going through the claims process could be confusing and stressful. Let us help you handle your claim as smoothly as possible. We will help you through each step to ensure you are provided the service you need.

If you have a loss please ensure that you take the necessary steps to protect yourself and your family. Report burglary/theft claims to the appropriate authorities so there is a police record on file. After reporting the claim, make sure to protect your property from further damages. Keep accurate records of all expenses such as temporary repairs and additional living expenses (if applicable). Make sure to itemize the damaged or stolen property including manufacturer, brand name, age, place of purchase, and purchase price.

Each of the carriers below handles their claims process differently. So we recommend calling us first so we can guide you through the process. If it's after hours, weekends, or on a holiday, and you have a Flood, Fire, Natural Disaster, etc., DO NOT WAIT! Call or email the claims department directly.
